Make sure that your LO is under 100K and is no larger than 500x500. Also, if you have a lot to type into the Description, save that part for after you submit the image. For some reason, if your description is too long, it won't unpload properly. Just upload the image then you can input the description in step 2 when if asks for credits and such.

I just read a forum post for houseplant girl and she was having the same problems uploading her LOs like I was.... I have continued to have problems and I am extremely frustrated! I have all my pending LOs at 300 x300 PPI, small enough to be loaded one at a time. I dont put anything in the description othe rthan the LO kit designer and font used. and I am uploading it to member gallery. I get a msg that it has been uploaded successfully, but I cannot fin my LOs in any search I do. I have named my LO unique names for that reason of searching them on TDC just to see where they would go. I am using Internet Explorer ( I gave up using AOL and TDC togehter) and I am frustrated. I am hoping I have some help resolving this issue. I have 33 LO using some of the designers that have banners and sell here, but I dont know what else to do.

Thank you

1. Do you have a popup blocker?
2. Do you have anti-virus running?
3. Which browser are you using?

These things will help narrow it down.

I can try to help, if you want! You can email me one and I can see how it looks from this end (I was able to resize one for Stephanie (houseplantgirl) and can see if that's what yours need! Good for you for being willing to keep trying things :)

Thanks for trying to help Charlene!

300x300 is good... but you must make sure that the LOs are also under 100K. If they are... then I'm stumped too.
