Had to share!!

My 9yr old daughter as been bugging me to teach her how to digital scrap....So i did, and i think she did pretty good for her first page.....Kaitlyn's First page (http://www.thedigichick.com/gallery/showphoto.php/photo/15731/cat/500/ppuser/7509)

I helped some, but for the most part she did it all, with simple instruction from me!!

And the journaling was ALL her, and as sweet as can be!!

And beleive me it was hard to share the computer!! I actually started showing her on the "kid" computer, but it was just too slow i couldnt stand it, plus it only has PSP 9 on it, and i use PSCS so i was a lil lost, some stuff is the same, but others arent i need to fool around on there some, and get those poor kids some more memory, so she can start doing her own, whenever she wants!!

Me too! But then again, I just got this new laptop...so I guess I could always save my old clunker for if/when DD was to get into it. But then again, my oldest is almost 3 so it'll be quite a few years before that. Hopefully I'll have upgraded in laptops a few times before then.

Tristan, my 6 yr old, has been using a computer since he was 3 some, got more into it when he was four, so you dont have nearly as many years as you think!!

Oh my gosh! That's a BEAUTIFUL first page! Should have seen mine, NOTHING close to this! You tell her she's got a natural scrapping talent :) And a great helper/mom too ;)

Well i showed her all the comments yesterday ( i think there were a couple more since she got to read them though) and she was very surprised :) And then later that night when she was getting ready for bed she brought them up, and was just chatting about them LOL

You guys made her day!!....She is definately my little artist, she loves to draw and create, so this is right up her alley!

if it helps, she broke my comment record too! LOL! maybe i should get my 3yr old to digiscrap... right now he draws "scrapbook pages" on my printer paper.... can you tell what he hears around the house a lot? they even usually have a story to go with them! LOL!
