Hi ladies! We had another fantastic week with Bread recipes!

This week we're looking for your most stupendous Dessert Recipes! Plus, in order to celebrate Cinco de Mayo, we thought it would be fun to also do Mexican Dishes! So, a busy week, but lots of fun!

Tiff Brady also put together a Cinco de Mayo mini kit that you can snag and use or just stash away for any other occasion! Find it on her blog, http://tiffbrady.blogspot.com/

Have your jpegs to Tiff by Saturday, May 6th!

Thanks and can't wait to see some hot, sweet things in the galleries!

Looks like things are slowing down this week! Either everybody is on a diet, or way busy with some of the digi competitions and just spring activities going on. . . Do we want to extend this to another week, or move forward?

Looking to hear from all of you about what ideas you have for upcoming weeks!

Side dishes? Crockpot recipes? Let's hear it!

I'd love to extend it another week. I can't figure out what dessert to do, and I definitely want to be a part of things this week :)

Crap! I won't have mine done by today! I'll have it to you for the next zippin' though! Sorry, was on vacation and just got back!

Here are 2 cards for the "Mexican Fiesta" portion of this weeks catagories- they're great together.

I'm good for extending- I noticed it was a little slow, too. Perhaps the beginning of end-of-school-year festivities (well, in our area anyway- we get out before Memorial Day) or Scrappin' Day festivities. Whatever you guys decide.
I'd personally love to see a Crock pot week and a side dish week and I'd be good! I can't think of anything else without getting a little too specific (like Grilling recipes, which would be great, but perhaps not??)
Let us know what you guys decide!! You guys rock!

I'm game to extend for a week. I need to go back and come up with a salad recipe card anyway, so the extra week will give me time to do that!

As for next up...side dishes sounds good, then crockpot after that! :teeth_smi Just my 2!

Oh please extend!! I was late getting mine in since I was gone all day yesterday :( I will send mine today though :) Thanks!

I'm still working on mine too! Hope to have them done today. (Of course, it would help if I would start scrapping instead of surfing and buying... LOL!!!)

ETA: Okay, here's my dessert recipe - Black Bottom Banana Cream Pie

Extending it is a good idea. I can do a Cinco de Mayo recipe after all.

For other weeks...I like Side Dishes and Crockpot Recipes. What about a Quick and Easy section--you know, less than 5 ingredients that can be assembed and done in like 30 minutes. (Or something like that.) I could sure use some recipes that fit into that category!

Ok! Got my dessert and Mexican recipes done and sent to Tiff. Did we extend a week?

Thanks so much for your patience ladies! My computer crashed on Friday night! Now (5 days and $230 later) I have a new hard drive so I should be doing good! I'm going to work on getting the Cinco De Mayo and Mexican dishes zipped up tonight and sent to you soon. Thanks again!
