Okay, I'll answer this since I asked the exact same question 1 or 2 months ago!

WTG means way to go, in other words "good job, right direction, keep going!"... well, if I understood correctly the answer the chicks gave me a few months ago! LOL

Nina,
I've often wondered what it was like for people who didn't speak English to decipher all of the language we use. Not only is LOL or WTF or TFS (THanks for Sharing) English, they are English Acronyms!! People who don't use the internet or text messaging often don't know what they mean either!

By the way, I sent my husband a text message a while back and wrote BTW and NP in it. He was totally confused (By the way and No problem) and English is the only language he speaks!

Way to go to you (and Chloe and our other speakers of other languages) for taking part in a community in a language other than your own! Your presence here enrichs our community and makes us even better!!

KWIM totally had me stumped for months KWIM? I agree it must be so hard for people who don't speak English. I got a lovely email from a French woman whose layout I had praised once saying "thank you but please to tell what is TFS?"

Nina, you certainly are not the only one in the dark! english is not my native language either, and most of times I just guess all those acronyms..like ROFLOL - rolling on the floor laughing out loud?
WTG, Nina!
