OMG, OMG - They are here!!!

My papers and stickers for the Carolee's Creations Apprentice Contest just arrived at my door!!! I am so excited that I am about to burst! DH and kids are gone for the weekend, so I have no one to talk to or show them to!! I'm about to burst! You guys have to call your local stores and see if they have the "AdornIt Carolee's Creations" Apprentice collections in the store! The little brochure/catalog has awesome pictures of our papers and stickers, plus our LOs in it - so cool! I turned over the sticker package and there my son (Trevor) was...in a LO on the back of the package! Of course my name is there too...on the backs of my papers too...says "Designed by <insert copyright symbol> Heather Roselli"! OMG - I am actually shaking a little!! I'm sorry if this sounds like I am tooting my horn a bit too much, but I am just too excited to stay away from the keyboard!! Even if I don't win this contest, this is the coolest thing (professionally) to happen to me!

Man, I get super excited when my printed layouts arrive (printed because I paid for them to be printed!!). I can only imagine what it must be like to have designed something that has your name on it and will be sold in stores around the country. SUPER COOL!!

Can you post a better preview of them than the one that was on Carolee's site?

OK guys, here is the preview. Do you like them? Would you be able to use them for paper scrapping? They didn't want any solids in our entries, and we had to put all of our "elements" on a 4x6 sticker sheet, so this isn't like a digital kit! When I received the actual items today the papers look amazing (IMHO!) and the stickers are OK. The epoxy darkened the colors I think and then they put hot pink, red and green rhinestones in the flower centers - I had asked for clear or turquiose - I don't know what happened there! Otherwise I am completely stoked! I will email our contact at the company to see if I can post the three LOs I made with the collection.

That would be so fun! My DH and the kids are away until Sunday evening...so everyone just come on over!! :) Of course I only recieved 4 of each paper and 1 set of stickers...but I have lots of other leftover paper supplies from the "old" days! :)

congrats heather & ange!! I got mine in the mail yesterday and was so excited too. the papers were awesome and the stickers were pretty cool too but they left a few rhinestones off of mine and the diecuts on the stickers were a little wierd on the smaller flowers. But overall I was really happy with them.

I can't wait to see all of them in person!
