I'm workin' on a little sumpin' sumpin' and putting down my first Mikes. I seem to scrap really well when I'm drinking. Is that bad?

Oh and Val...I'm so jealous! I would love to have a Mike's. They've come out with so many yummy looking flavors since I've had one...about 3 years ago! Holy cow! I guess I never really sat down and thought about how long it's been since I've had one of those! Had to stop drinking when I got preggo. After Mallory was born I couldn't drink cause I was breastfeeding 24/7 until about 5 months ago. Now I'm dieting and can't drink cause it will blow my diet! Oh man...I really want a drink now! LMAO

I had a Mikes at the Wedding a few weeks ago - it was really good! Although - I can't remember if I had lemonade or fruit punch??? Are those flavors of Mike's? LOL!
Now I want one...

I had Route 66 ice cream(Rocky Road basically)! Yum! We went to see Cars this afternoon and Ry thought it was really cool that mom was buying Route 66! LOL!

Mike's has cranberry lemonade and hard lemonade for sure...not sure about fruit punch. I know they are coming out with a Mike's Rita that looks good.

Sounds like I missed the party!! Although I had my dh as a captive audience on a project i was working on in Adobe! :) That's a first. :) LOL!! He asked me to help design a logo for his work. :) So he definitely had a vested interest. So although I wasn't scrapping I was designing.

Man, I was all set to chat the night away with you girls and our internet died... whaaaaa! John tried all kinds of things before giving up for the night. Then it was on first thing this morning (yay!). The good thing is that I got 3 paper projects done. Darla's top-secret-super-duper project and two CJ's. Yup, the old-fashioned paper ones. FUN!

COOL! I went to bed early. DH volunteered to get up with Maggie when she woke up at 5:30, but no dice. Well. he got up with her, but she proceeded to wake me up about 5 minutes later. At least I went to bed at 11, though!!

Michelle - cool you saw Cars - where I live part of Route 66 runs through my town and there are celebrations from a lot of the cities that surround it as a way to remember the history behind it. Not sure why I think that is relevant but loved that you found the ice cream!

Lynn - what do you mean you have no kids/husband today and you aren't allowed to scrap??? Isn't that what you are supposed to - have some "you" time after you worked so hard this week??? :)

I'm actually kinda miffed about the new Green Apple Mikes because my grocery store replaced my FAVORITE Lime with it. I'm so sad about that because I love my Mikes Lime with chips and quacamole.

Also love the Smirnoff's (sp?) Tangerine. Yummy!

we have 3 mater's, 2 sallys, 2 lightings. We (I) want Doc at least. They are well made, but neither of the boys are really playing with them either - LOL! Maybe we do need a swap!

Dang - Val! I have fresh avacados for guac. in the fridge right now - now you make me want a Mikes to go with it. Hubby probally wouldn't mind! hubba hubba! LOL!
