Question for our German chickies!

Hello girls! I'm desparate...lol. I am in dire need of a cleaning service and haven't the slightest idea where to look. I need someone to come to my house 1 day a week and clean the bathrooms, floors, dust, mop and wash windows. Of course I need someone who speaks English too. Do any of you know of a cleaning service that I can telephone for an appointment? I don't even know if that type of thing exists in Germany.

here in germany there are a lot of privat people who do this

they make a annoncement in the newspaper or something.....

A cleaning lady Laura??? Oh how I wish hubby was still in the military so we could afford something like that! Hey do you think I could get paid in "cleaning lady vouchers" for being on the team? ROFL

Seriously though...hope you can find someone to come help you out. You need a break so you aren't such a "frazzled chick"!

LOL Emily! I have no idea how much a cleaning person will cost, but I told DH that, if he wanted me to contribute some of my design earnings to the savings acct... he would have to allow me to use some of the household income for a cleaning person. LOL Fair trade I think. Now, if I could just hire someone to come every day and so laundry...

they do not cost so much here in germany for one houre the would have 6-8 Euro

and they need 3-5 houres I know this because I has before 2 years a cleaning Person
