Fastest Printing/Best Quality for Speed

I know we've talked about getting layouts printed before, but I'm trying to figure out who would be fastest and the best quality for the speed. I'm pretty much done with my MMM layouts and need to get them printed and back to me quickly so that I can get them out.

Who would you use? (I've got one 12x12 and four 8.5x11s, if that helps!)

Scrapbook Pictures is a little spendy for the 12x12's but the quality was fantastic and the service was super quick!
