DH went out of town this morning and I just discovered that he took my camera with him! ARGH!!!! He took my GOOD camera and not the crappy one! The other camera that I have really sucks, I let the kids use it. LOL He won't be back until Sunday. I don't know if I can live that long without my Canon!! What the heck was he thinkin'!!!?????

OK...just had to get it out. There's no one here who understands my pain. I'm off to go cry now! :(

dh and i bought a new camera, and the day after we got it- he took it to work with him (not sure WHY he did, he just did). i went looking for it, because i wanted to get pictures of cody on his new scooter- and... no camera. i was mad! lol!

of course, he came back that night, but still- even one day without the good camera was torture, lol!

Bum deal! Hopefully he won't delete the ones you haven't been able to download yet. My DH took mine for work one time and really frustrated me because I had something going on that day... but we don't have that many cute/interesting things to take pictures of on a daily basis, so we're usually okay on that one.

Hope your pics on the crap camera turn out okay... your layouts are so gorgeous anyway, no one would be able to tell if you had a bad picture. :)

Poor Nikki, maybe your SIL has a camera that she can take pics with & then burn them to disk for you? Lucky for me my husband knows better than to touch my good camera! He wouldn't know how to use it anyway lol! Too many buttons he says! He is only allowed to use my old Olympus, and I think he's only used that twice at the end of the school year to take pics of all the kids in his class at school.

I know how you feel about the camera bit. My husband pulled something like that last week when he went into work to take pictures of something.

Thanks for feeling my pain. I knew you guys would totally understand. Who knows what kind of pics he is planning to take. When he takes it to work I end up with "beautiful" pics of his precious servers! LOL

Karen, this is not the SIL with the adorable DD. That one lives nearby. This is another one and I don't have any layouts with this niece.

I think I will borrow my sister's camera. It's way better than my crap camera. I really think I need to take my own pics because 1. I'm really picky about my shots and 2. It would be months before I ever got the CD. I'm still waiting for a CD my BIL promised me awhile back.

Ah, the lovely privilege of having a CD burner. I love backing up my own pictures. And then I send them to DH's aunt and my FIL in Iraq.

The way technology has grown. Who knows what will happen in the next ten years!

You poor thing! DH knows that he will get yelled at if he touches my camera..lol I hate to be parted from it! I need to get it cleaned but can't find anywhere that will have it for less than 2 -3 weeks!:retarded: They need to rent or give out loaners if they are going to keep them that long!
