Never Forget!

I just wanted to take a minute to remember September 11, 2001. It was a horrific day for America and the world was changed forever. I hope we never forget the way we felt when those terrible events unfolded. I hope we never forget the unity we as americans experienced. Certainly never forget those people who lost their lives, and the families they left behind. And let's also not forget those who stepped up after the attack to do their part.

Thank you to every single person who aided in the search and cleanup. Fire fighters from all over the country. Police officers, paramedics, proud New Yorkers. Thank you to the members of the Armed Forces who were ready to defend our country and our way of life. Thank you to those who joined the above mentioned after the attack. And thank you to all the families and friends who support these heros. Your selflessness, dedication and sacrifice is definitely not forgotten.

America was changed forever that day 5 years ago. Let's make some of those changes positive ones.
