Hello-
I' m new to digital but so happy to have found this thread
I've been meaning to do this for a long time so here I am. I am traditional scrapper and absolutely love my Rebel soooo logically my next step is to go digital. I've been teaching myself Photoshop and will check out the books you gals have recommended. Is there any one particular tutorial that any of you might think would be the best for a simple first page?

I don't know if I've ever seen one... but thanks for giving me an idea! I'll have to make a 'basics' tutorial for Photoshop... ;)

For now, just play around with your tools and 'play'. The best way to learn this program is by trial and error. One thing I'd like to recommend.... NEVER save your work over the original. Save a copy or rename it. That way, as you gain experience, you won't ever look back and regret 'messing' up a pic or something... kwim? :)

Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my Rebel too! You are going to love the ease of digital - take a Rebel photo and scrap it an hour later if you wish. :)
