can I get your opinion abt my holiday card?

Here's my holiday card for this year.

how obvious is it that my kids were extracted from another photo and put in this one? I just want to get my card done and don't think I'm going to get a decent pic of my kids and this is what I came up with.
Also do my shadows look weird or off? I was playing around with customizing my own shadows.
as simple as this card is, it took me hours to do!
thanks for your input and I'll take any other CC as well!

Well, it's a darling picture and I didn't notice it was extracted until you mentioned it. I think the only way I can tell is maybe right around your son's hair... but that is from a trained eye... I really don't think anyone else will notice. You did a great job.

thanks everyone for your feedback. alas, when Henry saw the card he informed me that it was awful and boring b/c there wasn't enough color LOL. And I feel like the card isn't really me sooooo I'm working on another one but using the same pic. I bought Gina Miller's Christmas Caps so I'm going to plop one of those on Henry's head, I'm sure that won't look fake at all LOL.

is it just me or does it just seem so wrong to manipulate photos this way for a holiday card? not that that will stop me . . .
