I know how you feel. I have met Wolfgang Puck and Emril here several times in Las Vegas, mainly because they run restaurants here and my father knows them personally. They are so fun to talk with. And yes, Emril does say BAM! quite often in the kitchen when he does cook here. It's actually quite humorous to watch in person versus on TV.

I can agree with you there. That is an excellent reason. I thought it was something else like, "Because I don't like Cali" LOL
