Scrapbooking Styles

Hello my fellow Chickies... I've issued myself a little scrapping challenge to help expand my style and get me out of my comfort zone. I want to do a layout in all of the different styles I can come up with. Here's my list so far:

Grunge
Shabby Chic
Collage
Clean and Contempo.
Freestyle

I know there are LOTS more... can you guys help me define them?
some of them I know what style I want but I don't know how to define them except by the artist... like Darla style, Novita style, etc... lol.

How about "graphic" (like magazine ads)

I saw a huge list somewhere, once, but I don't remember where. The had a lot listed more than once, too

heritage? i dunno what you call all of those different styles.

you know, if darla & novita could be bottled, i'd be first in line to pick me up some of that style!! darla rocks with layering of elements, so maybe some kind of challenge where you used a minimum # of elements?

LOL dude that is mine - look closely......hehehe....and Jenna since you brought this up and looks like everyone has some challenges - anyone game if we start an informal challenge to go outside our comfort zone per se in scrapping....just for fun.....in all these styles there is no wrong or right way of doing it....we might just learn from each other some very new ideas!
