Ok. So, I've done a bunch of paper ATCs. Love them. Have been toying with the idea of an art journal, but I want to do it mostly digitally (I have a tablet so I can do doodles, hand write stuff, etc. easily). Where do I start?

Personally, I really like the mixed-media look but I don't know which "type" of altered you like. If you like old/vintage/retro stuff, this thread has a lot of great links to free collage images:
