I recognize this. I try to built up a good rythme but fail when I am overly tired I just leave it, meaning much more work when I do get around to it and I am not happy with it. It takes away way too much 'me' time.
I decluttered our home last year, but I am not good with finding good places to put everything in to make sure the clutter doesn't return.
As far as food I really admire you doing this Heather! I really try to stay away from sugar and eat less fat but I have to be honest I don't have much luck yet. We are in the progress of eating healthier which means for us using more fresh components intead of vegetables out of a can and we want to cut back on using pre-made stuff. For us that's more then enough right now
