Say it isn't so!- Updated with Invite :)

My sweet Camille turns 7 in just a few short weeks. We are planning a Teddy Bear's Tea Party for her, and I've been plotting and planning the perfect invitations. I was so excited about creating something magical for her. The invitations are one of my favorite parts of party planning!

Well.....she decided to do her own!!
I guess I get to help somewhat since I'm going to scan in her artwork and then print out multiple copies.

She finished designing her card today, so I'll scan and post for you gals soon

Looks aren’t everything. It’s what’s inside you that really matters. A biology teacher told me that
So cool! Can't wait to see what she designed! She wants to be like her mummy

Aw, that's so cute and sad all at the same time Christine!

We've had one theme party. Since both my boys have birthdays around Christmas, we deferred their party to the summer - it was a joint 4 +1/2 and 7 +1/2 years Star Wars party, a Jedi Training Mission. Scary invitations, a Jedi training checklist, pool noodle light sabers, and I also made no-sew Jedi tunics for each boy. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun. The black-sugared asteroid cakes (cupcakes) turned out to be a bit of a surprise - the kids' lips and tongues were completely black.
