Dear Friend Challenge - March 9th

Your best friend, you love her (him) don't you. Why not let her know it. As we celebrate Friendship this month let's go beyond just keeping our memories and pages to ourselves, let's share them with the people they are about.

For this "Dear Friend" challenge I encourage you to write a letter to your friend telling her/him how much you appreciate their friendship, love them, enjoy having them in your life, etc.

Photos are optional.

I made this page to go with the layout I made for the TYS Scrap Challenge 9. Again, I used Someone Like You by the Digichick Designers.



Here’s the fine print:

this was a lovely challenge to do, but it made me miss my friend even more!! (she lives far far away now, and its not quite the same!). I also loved the lines of your inspirational lo Holly, so I pinched that idea! thanks!

Seniorgal, I love your page and letter. What a blessing to have such a life-long friend. Love how you added the pencil just by your signature. Very pretty!

I took some poetic license with the instructions - instead of writing a letter to my friend, I scrapped a letter that a close family friend wrote when my Mom passed away. Her letter was a comfort then, and being able to scrap it was very therapeutic.
