    Did you lose....?

    Hi, when everything was "lost" were our logins to the store lost too? I can't login anymore and want to make sure before I reregister.

    Yes, Mary Kate. When the server died and we lost the store, we rebuilt the store with the newest version of X-cart software. There were just too many differences in the software from our current version and the version that we were using before the crash to import our old customer database. I still have access to that database, though, so if you (or anyone else) needs to access that old information, you would just need to contact me and we'll get you sorted out. Otherwise, go ahead and register again, and you should be good to go!
