Stop... That’s something I need to learn to say. I need to learn to respect my own limits and say NO when it is too much
eventhough for other people it’s easy to handle... well not for me. so STOP is the word.
I need to say stop when people are pushing my limits or don’t respect them. I need to learn to take control myself
and not let other people take over it... Treat me like you want to be treated yourself and don’t mess with me.
