We have a pretty busy schedule this year, and Tuesdays are the busiest days. I have designated Tuesday Crock Pot day here and for about six weeks now, we've been doing a different meal each week in my crockpot. LOVE it! They've all been tasty and it's so good to not have to worry about dinner.
