My greatgrandmother lived in the home she was born in, and until the day she died back in 1967 she still had an outhouse and running water to the house came from a hand pump in the kitchen. She made everything by hand - she quilted, tatted, crocheted...she canned her vegtables and made her own candles and clothes. Her home was a delight, filled with antiques and old photographs....I am lucky to have a few pieces of her legacy here with me! I tend to take after her in that I love to make things "from scratch" and make it truly my own. "Patchwork" is a combination of her love of quilting and piecing together things, all made with care and love. 16 papers, full of color and texture in 'old fashioned' styles of muslin and calico with bold stripes are included in this kit, along with a matching bonus paper pack of a dozen dotted papers...and 46 unique elements (with some recolored for a total of 61 pieces) with 5 quoted word art pieces. A full alpha with upper and lower cases, numbers and punctuation in a muslin style is also included. All were created at 300 DPI in jpg and png formats. PU/S4H/S4O uses.
